Install Flarum without SSH/composer access.
This version the installing of Bazaar, as it is dead. Additionally, it bundles with a Composer 2.0 Preview build, which adds parallel downloads (Using Curl!).
This should in theory lead to much less Timeout problems on many hosts.
Please use the v0.1.0-pockethold.zip folder under Assets below.
Bundles with composer 1.7.2 (Latest Compatible with Pockethold). Pockethold restructures Flarum based on official documentation: https://flarum.org/docs/install.html#customizing-paths
With this, I continue working on Cron install support.
Composer 1.7.2 lock and temporary compatibility with Bazaar fix.
