Updates to Netplay: External Launching appears to work for OSX/Windows/Linux in Netplay. Addon settings added specific for netplay users. Retroplayer currently doesn't support netplay. There's a button on the 'Show Info Page' when Netplay is enabled and an external launcher is selected:

Announcement to the Libretro Lobby:

as well as a discord channel are sent when you launch a game with Netplay via IAGL:

There is now a lobby channel in IAGL:

It defaults to be filtered to only the 'auto launchable' games, which are games from other players that have been launched via IAGL - this method allows me to verify that game file(s) are the same between both players, which is required for netplay to work (using libretro lobby and discord meta data I can piece together all the correct information). Selecting an auto launchable game from the IAGL lobby will auto find/download/netplay launch the game as Player 2+.

Eventually, I'll have some sort of manual option for the user to try and connect to the non-auto launch players, but I haven't figured out the best way to do that yet.

This beta version is a request for people to test this method and see if it works. Currently only 'auto launching' is supported. Manual launching is not yet implemented.
