Added Pi5 beta Support OS Partition sizes can be specified.

Issues with Pi5: GUI can freeze Some font sizes too small No CEC No Hyperpixel Kmsutils required

Mainly preparation for upgrading to pinn64 for the pi5. Mandatory upgrade if you want to upgrade to Pi5 in the future.

• Hyperpixel - Reinstated Hyperpixel3 drivers and updated pinn_init
• Default Repos - Changed the default Repos.

The drivers for both Hyperpixel displays are now fixed.

The latest 3/5/23 images for Raspberry Pi OS have all been converted and the default repository for them has changed accordingly. If you see multiple versions of Raspberry Pi OS, these will disappear when you upgrade to v3.8.7.
