Code for the PhpStorm workshop
The default workshop is now Docker-based. The vagrant version is obsolete and not supported anymore.
Workshop was rewritten to use Vagrant machine for debugging, running code and tests, deployment, database and PHPCS/PHPMD.
Various textual, punctuation and code improvements were contributed.
