Bitmap arrays for rendering CP437 glyphs using IBM PC OEM fonts
This release adds new CP437 glyphs rendered using a set of carefully chosen fonts from Oldschool PC Font Pack developed by VileR. The bitmap resources are now dual licensed. Further, the work that has gone into generating and testing these bitmaps has been exposed in the form of a CLI tool, Python API, and JavaScript API.
