• Fix inability to hide the birthday icon in menu bar if "Show next event" is disabled

but wait... why?

You could already toggle the birthday icon visibility, per calendar, turning the _(alarm) into _(moon.zzz) inside the calendar picker:

The problem is, that's the same mechanism to show/hide next events, so when we disable this feature, it hides the buttons, preventing you from also hiding the birthday icon #171 To fix this, the app now hides the birthday icon (for all calendars) if the "Show next event" option is disabled.

If you reeeeally wanna see the birthday icon in the menu bar, but not next events, keep the "Show next event" option enabled and "mute" _(moon.zzz) them on all calendars except the birthday ones.
