Orca C Versions Save

This is a .zip containing pre-compiled cygwin binaries, MinTTY, and orca-c. This should work on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows, and allows OSC, UDP, and MIDI IO functionality.

To launch, unzip the archive, then double-click START_ORCA.bat

This is the first attempt at creating this, so there's a good chance something is wrong. Please open an issue if something doesn't work or you can't get it to start!

Also, please open an issue if the MIDI or OSC timing is shaky, jittery or inaccurate.
