Shell namespace extension for showing open Explorer windows

x86 version is built with VC++6 and has no external dependencies (other than... probably IE5). The amd64 version is built with VC++2010, so you may need that runtime. Installer is built with Inno Setup and will happily pick the appropriate architecture.
Tested on Windows 2000 through Windows 10 amd64.
ANSI and Unicode versions, compiled with Visual C++ 6. ANSI versions are only required for Windows 9x; on NT (modern) Windows, use the Unicode version.
VC++6 ANSI build suitable from 98/NT4+ on.
