Improves image grids in a wide variety of different combinations of images (Wikilinks, Markdown links, externally linked, and mixtures of the above).

Fix for #702, right click on thumbnails in PDF viewer. Unfortunately mix-blend-mode cannot be used here as it seems to interfere with the click propagation.

Adds a new Style Settings setting: Sidebars → Sidebar tab names that allows you to display sidebar tab names, with three options:

• Hidden (default)
• Visible — always show tab names in sidebar
• Single tab only — show tab names if the sidebar split has one tab in it
