This new release of ObAddon contains:

  • Nature Mode [Architecture panel] - take a walk in the park! All rooms in the level are now either parks (naturalistic outdoor terrain) or caves.
  • Nature Overhaul - Lots and lots of new fabs for caves and parks!
  • Steppy Caves - steppy heights have been restored for caves! Spelunk up and down yonder in these new (old?) caves of variable elevations!
  • Foreshadowing Exit [Miscellaneous panel] - changes the theme of the final room of the level if the next level theme is different. Hell creeps slowly but surely further upon abandoned where humans once dwelt...
  • New scenic/vista features - vistas can now appear on along park rooms as well as gain some traits from its source facing room (natural cliffs, large room with decor prefabs, and so on)
  • [GZDoom only] Fauna Module - make maps a bit more creepy and crawly with flies and rats!
  • Bosses as Regulars [Monsters panel] - Make hell's bigshots rank-and-file. Boss monsters of different difficulties can now be added as normal fair.
  • Sky Generator parameter expansion - choose your own sky colors if you wish!
  • New story chunks for the story generator!
  • Lots of new fabs! A sure constant in every ObAddon changelog, seriously.
  • Lots of code refactoring and too many fixes to list!

This new version of ObAddon inclues a variety of fixes from the previous release.

  • Autodetail system has received more changes to better accommodate larger map sizes.
  • Config Manager can now directly read Configs from LOG files.
  • Pandemic/COVID-19 mode pickups have now been relegated to the new Jokewad Module.
  • New fabs and fixes!

This new build of ObAddon includes:

  • New Modded Game Extras support for Death Foretold!
  • Recoded Autodetail system - Transcendent size maps should now be more stable!
  • New hallway set from Demios!
  • A lot of new fabs and fixes!

This new release of ObAddon includes:

  • Lots of new outdoor wall fabs and a complete re-organization of the way walls are fabricated on outdoors for more consistent looks!
  • New code for grouping fabs for indoor rooms! (still not much actual content, will come soon!)
  • New Pickups module feature: increase amount of treasure (health and ammo) found in secret rooms!
  • Redid some textures found on Desert and Snow environment themes!
  • Lots of fixes and new fabs in general!

  • Lots of new outdoor wall fabs to make outdoor for hell and tech themes more spicey!
  • New Modded Games Extras feature: ZScript custom actor name generator! Get those TargetSpy and health bar mods on and feel bad for shooting J. "Don't Shoot Me" McHoover's face off!
  • Lots of fixes and refinements to existing fabs!

This new release of ObAddon includes:

  • [ZScript only] Procedural Boss Generator! Turn procedural gotchas into true arenas and square off with an enhanced opponent with new abilities!
  • Ambient Sound system! Hear more than just music - machines now hum, flesh walls now scream from eternal damnation! Download the https://github.com/Frozsoul2019/ObAddon-Ambient-Sounds-Pack for the sound assets!
  • Lots and lots of new fabs! (so much it should probably be a paid job to count them all)
  • New fancy fence types!
  • Lots of new shape rules and general shape rule rebalancing!
  • Lots of code optimizations!

This new version of ObAddon focuses on:

  • Introduction for Demios's lava-flooded hell catacomb hallway set! Better keep those bootstraps tight!
  • Lots of new fabs such as joiners from Armaetus and Scionox and a new tech skybox from Craneo!
  • New AI-themed story chunks from Simon-v!
  • Autodetail has been expanded to cover more features, hopefully making Transcendent size maps much more stable!
  • Lots of revisions to shape rules and many other bugfixes!

This release of ObAddon continues upon previous bugfixing:

  • Some duct pieces were previously permanently locked by CSG - this should no longer be the case.
  • Some teleporter fabs (and therefore non-functioning) with missing tags have been fixed.
  • Beams no longer incur an error when selecting Boom engine and building a tech-theme map.

This new version of ObAddon issues various critical fixes from the 2019-07-25 release:

  • Fixed issue with scenic rooms having a slightly wrong height offset from the rest of the rooms.
  • Fixed assertion caused by joiner/direct connections to street rooms sometimes being cut-off by the street clean-up rules.

  • New telepoters, new switch fabs and some fixes that were not added during the last release period!

This new release of ObAddon includes:

  • New Miscellaneous feature: Dead Ends (or the removal thereof!) - Setting this option gets Oblige to remove areas that seemingly lead to nowhere, such as staircases that lead to small, empty, isolated platforms!
  • Updated Miescellaneous feature: Liquid Sinks now has the No Damaging option, which removes damaging liquid sinks if a level's chosen liquid type is damaging!
  • Updated Autodetail system: New checks to better support map sizes up to Transcendent!

  • Lots of new prefabs such as new teleporter sets and joiners from Scionox, the new Ducts hallway set by Demios, new exits from Armaetus, new decor from Craneo, and new windows and wall sets by MSSP!
  • New decor wallpic textures!
  • Beams now have more variation rather than just the ol' SUPPORT2/3 beam!
  • Outdoor fences now support railings, other than just solid brush fences!
  • Area cages and liquids now appear in street rooms!
  • Window and doorway prefabs now properly support height stretching!
  • New room themes and ceiling sinks, both on vanilla and via the Epic Textures module, as well as an initial implementation for theme override! (selectively spawn fabs from other themes based on room override setting!)

  • Trimming down and simplification of various shape rules! (Generation for Procedural Gotchas is now much, much faster!)
  • Various fixes on the porch feature, various fabs, and code simplification/refactoring!
