Updating to the latest Aniseed + Fennel which includes massive macro optimisations and a whole new eval system for Conjure. So now the module macros are entirely optional to work with Conjure + Aniseed!

Just routine Aniseed / Fennel updates, we're now on Fennel 0.10.0.

We have a better faster Aniseed + Fennel combo now with some fixes that were required after some internal changes to the Aniseed compiler module.
