NCryptAgent Versions Save

• Allows you to disable toast notifications
• No longer takes focus if a key has no PIN (existing keys will need noPin set in config file)
• Disabled USB events by default

Inserting and removing smart cards now updates the UI and should allow use of cards that are inserted after the agent is started. Crashes a lot because of this, so use v0.0.5 until thats fixed

• Adds a log file to %APPDATA%\nCryptAgent\nCryptAgent.log for debugging
• Prompts for permission to create the WSL2 communication socket registry entry if it does not exist (Fixes #3)

• Create resident keys
• Add Existing Key allows selecting an existing PCP key

• Re-enables creating new keys by using MSPCP
