Addressings issues with NS 3.0 and new demo project derived from 3.0
Fix for indicators not showing on iOS devices
the goal of this was to clean up the project and remove some features that could be don better with more flexibility outside of the slides plugin.
-now the page indicators need to be styled with CSS which is a big change but allows for a lot greater control over their look and feel.
still needs more issues addressed, but this fixes crashing of app on orientation changes.
