    - Unfortunately, the option to automate google play registration is still being worked on, contributions to this are appreciated!

Changelog-

This release has the start of a 'Retrieve registration code' script and option, to (eventually) easily automate the retrieval of your registration code for google play. (the goal is to have it run the command in waydroid's shell, write it to a file, and read and display the string in a gtk4 window to be easily copy-pasted, with an accompanying link to the registration page.)

I went through and did some general cleanup, renamed and reordered button labels correctly.

I worked on the gui more, and on actually filling out scripts with actual functions, again, this is still a WORK IN PROGRESS, so bear that in mind.

general code cleanup, working on build.sh, I could use help coming up with a good if elif else statement to more reliably have this succeed still.

This is a really big, experimental release of My Waydroid Manager as a gui application, support for Ubuntu, debian, and manjaro (untested), are all enabled in this release.

I started the process of porting this program from pure bash to a ui to help non-tecie ppl easily install Waydroid

Only the install / build from source options are enabled rn.

This is a non-functioning gui framework for a Gtk4 / Libadwaita / Python version of My Waydroid Manager. Functions not yet implemented, this is just a preview for examination by fellow developers.

Notes: Its mainly the Sourceforge options I've been unable to test, due to ISP throttling. (There's a good chance everything works)

Changelog: I took new Waydroid rendering changes into account, and added the start of Notifications for various processes, updated Sources for Sourceforge system and vendor images.
