also update cmake presets

Install / packaging improvements:

• includes find*.cmake in installed package
• package auto-finds prereqs based on installed options
• Use CDash from CI

update example and CI to have proper CMake packaging

make installs and autobuilds work and test better

Improve CMake build by cleaning up unused variables, adding cmake --install and adding examples to CI.

• Thanks @agiorla for int64 option--default is int32
• For CMake >= 3.19 users, added presets file. For example, to build all libraries from scratch cmake --preset=build then build as usual
• CMake >= 3.13 compatible in general, though newer CMake is in general more robust for any project.
