Mplug Versions Save

Two minor features added:

• Make executable files executable on *nix
• Add 'executable-ext' to templates and add tests

First beta version that is intended for use. There were some incompatible changes since the earliest versions. If you used MPlug before this point, make sure to run update and reinstall all installed scripts.
