Modplayer Js Versions Save

• Fixed tap to mute channel was muting the wrong channel
• Updated polyfill

This is the very first release of modplayer-js which already supports:

• 4 channels & 15/31 sample module files
• most effects are supported (finetune up/down is not supported yet)
• 1 visualiser per module channel (audioworklet version)
• 1 visualiser per stereo channel (scriptprocessor fallback version)
• ability to mute any of the 4 channels (or each stereo channel: fallback version)
• small playlist with files from modarchive.org
