🔻 Dropdown Menu for iOS with many customizable parameters to suit any needs
It is now possible to present the dropdown on top of the menu:
dropdownMenu.dropdownShowsContentAbove = YES;

The presentation logic is changed, now a specific presenting view can be used to host the dropdown. Added support for presenting the dropdown menu in UIScrollView.
