First release in beta version 0.99.0 A wrapper tool R package for 16S rRNA gene based microbial community analysis. Apart for some basic scripts for plotting, this package has a single function microbiome_pipeline for carrying out preliminary QC, Alpha Diversity, Ordination and Composition analysis of OTU tables. The output is a HTML report for convenient investigating of the data. The official stable release v1.0 is expected to be around October 2018.
