This is what I call a Beta release for Madagascar MAP API :

Included in:

• The list of all provinces, regions, districts, communes, fokontany, and postal codes.

Enhancements & Features for nex release :

• The list is not yet clean.
• The provinces and regions are not linked yet.
• The postal codes are not linked with communes, etc.
