依赖工具

$ npm install -g bower

获取并运行

$ go get -u github.com/LyricTian/snail
$ cd github.com/LyricTian/snail
$ bower install
$ go build -o snail
$ ./snail

在浏览器中打开http://localhost:8099

• 支持本地文件缓存
• 增加用户登录限制
• 支持下载历史查看
