This update brings a long-awaited configuration window. From now on the configuration is much easier.

Other minor changes:

• Less buggy configuration system (using libconfig)
• Anti-aliasing setting

From this version Layered WallPaper is built using cmake. Because of this installers for Windows and MacOS will be available.

This version fixes some major bugs related to dpi scaling and multi-monitor setup on Windows.

Also Layered WallPaper's debug console now shows parameters for each monitor (resolution and position relative to virtual-screen) to make the configuration easier.
