First stable public release.
In parity with Android version 2.3.0.
Small improvements. Mostly on scale.
Removed dependency to MathNet.Numerics.

Added support for fonts. As always, even better! Added support for tracing, performance tracking, time remapping, repeater and time stretching.
This version has no known contour glitch, and drawing is nearly as good as the Android version.
This version is WAY better than the previous alphas. This is a working version, but not 100% compliant with Lottie Android. No more dependency on WriteableBitmapEx. This version now uses native XAML Path classes for drawing shapes.
