Set layout-id back to 32 over 55 in AppleALC because of reported issues.

Updated a number of items in the configuration. A lot has been removed that wasn't needed. TrackPad configuration has been swapped out and now uses AcidAnthera's modified VooDooPS2 kext for better macOS simulation. The ForceTouch feature is disabled from within the info.plist of the kext but it can be enabled through the trackpad prefpane in settings. AppleALC has been updated and now used layout ID 55 for better overall audio support.

Clover has been updated. The Drivers directory has combined both UEFI and regular BIOS based systems into a single directory in the root directory.

Changes:

• Overall this release was focused on simplifying some things and ensuring stability. CPUFriend configuration should be done by each person to create their own personalized kext files for dynamic power configuration. You can see if my kext works well for you but I recommend everyone just run the script in the Utilities folder and it will create a perfect configuration for the processor in your system.

- Miscellaneous:

  - Restructured the hot patch files and removed the files which aren't needed
  - Updated the CLOVER build to the current version
  - Updated all of the kernel extensions (kexts) to the current versions

- Kext Updates:

  - Added the RTC Lilu plugin to prevent CMOS corruption
  - Added FaceTime kext to mask webcams as Apple FaceTime cameras
  - Lilu Friend for CPUFriend as system kext instead of allowing Clover to inject them from "Other" folder
  - Updated the SD Card kext to the current version (Better functionality)
  - Added AirPortBrcmFixup for WiFi card configuration (Works with AirPort and PC based cards)

- Utilities Folder:

  - Added windows drivers for Broadcom BCM94360CSAX (CS and CS2 Versions supported)
  - One Key CPUFriend creates the CPUFriend configuration kext for your system (dynamic power kext)
  - Static Patch folder now contains the maciASL patches for the T450 if you want to Static Patch
  - BIOS Settings contains pictures showing the required BIOS settings for booting macOS
  - EFI folder as a reference for the placement of files in the ESP partition where Clover resides
  - Updated Hot patching configuration files
  - HomeEndFix sets the Home and End buttons to match Apple MacBooks

• If you would like to try out the new macOS Catalina beta, this configuration works! Just be sure to add the boot flag "-lilubetaall" in order to successfully boot the system. Without it the system will hang during the boot process. This goes for the installer USB as well.

Added "utilities/BIOS" which contains images which show the required BIOS settings for the system to boot properly. Substitute any "Permanently Disabled" option for "Disabled" if you would like to use the feature later on.

Repaired file structure corruption...

Added Lenovo ThinkPad T440 and T440s functionality

• T440(s) users delete the config.plist and rename config_T440.plist to "config.plist"
• In ACPI folder delete "patched" folder and rename patched_T440 folder to "patched"

Do those two things and this build will function properly with Lenovo ThinkPad T440 and T440s Ultrabooks
