This pre-release using the v4.14.35 kernel and v0.3.9 of OpenGCS as the bases.

It renames the kernel image in the zip file from bootx64.efi to kernel, as expected by newer versions of docker.

This release is stuck on the v4.14.35 kernel because newer kernels seems to have a performance issue when pulling images (see https://github.com/linuxkit/linuxkit/issues/3120 for details).
