A LaTeX document class for lecture notes (for a seminar, for an entire course with several lectures, or for brief talks) that looks great and works even with basic pdflatex.
Two issues persist: #3 and #5.

Improvements made to the default header layout no longer require headertitle/headerno/headersection etc. to be compulsory options for your document. However, using headertitle is still the recommended approach.
Initial release in working condition with minor layout issues but no errors.
