Fixes #76

• If no items User or password_resets are specified in the sketch, the original migrations will be preserved. On the other hand if they are present, the default migrations will be wiped to not conflict with the new migrations (2019+)
• No state are recorded between builds. Tip: use git to see the files inserted after build.
