KotCity 0.43

Some great progress since last time. I went chasing some economy bugs... mostly fixed! Happiness is calculated now.... moving on to some economy / zone development stuff now.

@sabieber has been busy with fire departments, which are present in this version and already broadcasting fire coverage.

KotCity 0.42

• New releases are unified. Includes .exe for Windows and .sh for Mac/Linux.
• Updated UI.
• Added "zots" to show when buildings are angry. They will show for no workers available, too much traffic, no customers.
• Added quit confirmation.
• Fixed highlight when zoning.
• Split basic group into tools and basic in the sidebar

Pre-alpha release for Windows...

Unzip and run the "kotcity.exe". If you don't have Java it will helpfully redirect you to download it. 1.8+ required.

BTW if you have never played SimCity 2000 use right click to pan the map (better help coming soon!)
