Initial Mainnet Release 💸

Improvements

• Support for swaps on mainnet for BTC, ETH and XRP! (limited to $10)
• Seamlessly switch between testnet and mainnet mode: your configuration for both will be automatically saved
• Deposits and withdrawals now display an estimated transaction fee in USD
• Please note: credentials are stored unencrypted. We intend to add password-based encryption of the config file in a later release.
