KapiX Koder Versions Save

COMPATIBILITY BREAK: This version uses Scintilla 5.x which moved lexers to separate Lexilla project. Using numbers to identify lexers is no longer possible, and all language files moved to strings as lexer identifiers. If you have custom languages added, you will need to update them or Koder will crash. See commit 4ab2e87616a6a7da4a5a4fef57f36189aade8b31.
