Java Data Front Versions Save

• Updates Maven plugin versions
• Updates test dependencies
• Switches to GitHub Actions instead of Travis
• Fixes some warnings related to imports in the tests

• Changed package name from com.momchil_atanasov to com.mokiat, which should produce much cleaner imports. This is also the reason for the project's major version change.
• Updated plugin and dependency versions.
• Bumped to Java 1.7 from what was previously Java 1.6.

This is version 1.0.0 of the Front data library.
