A better enrollment kickoff for JAMF machines
This release updates the logged in user check at the login window. There were times where root was detected as the logged in user and not _mbsetupuser. This release reflects that issue.

This release supports the login window runtime compatibility. Please see the added wiki page here for details on how to configure this.
Added receipt checking to prevent extra policy checks. Also added caffeinate to the jamf policy call to prevent sleeping of the machine.
Fixed Internet check log string and made logged in user check log string more verbose
