ONLY SUPPORTS iOS 7.0 TO iOS 12.4.9. iOS 13.0+ support is not possible until an update to keychain_dumper is released which fixes support for iOS 13.0+. I do not have an ETA for when this will happen, if at all, as I am not a developer of keychain_dumper.
