Imxeno Tradingview Scraper Versions Save

Includes a minimal workaround to address the timeout issue (see #23, #24).

• bumped ws version to 7.2.0
• typescripted the whole project
• retired npm's lockfile in favor of yarn's lockfile

Bumped ws dependency version to ^6.0.0.

Corrected author field in package.json to match my other projects, bumped version two times to v0.2.3 to avoid problems with npm.

Added keywords to package.json
