IEU.Winforms Versions Save

• Some improvements I guess?

• partially rewrote code to get rid of previous bugs
• some QoL improvements (mainly for preview)
• basic support for Joey's ESRGAN fork

Use primarily for testing purposes.

Not tested enough, as always - expect hotfixes.

Improvements and new features:

• Refresh models - on RMB context menu in model tree view.
• New tile merging using vips - less faster, no seams.
• Select color of the footer for preview comparison image. Text color will be selected automatically (black/white).
• Model chaining.
• VRAM usage monitoring.
• Auto set max tile dimensions based on currently available VRAM.
• All ESRGAN .py files bundled.
• New arch ESRGAN models support.
• In-memory processing.

Bug fixes.

Using this version for test purposes only is highly recommended.
