Hygieia Versions Save

Going forward Hygieia project will only have the UI component. All components api, api-audit and collectors now have their own repositories. This version v3.1.0 is the baseline UI only Hygieia project going forward.

This is a stable release both from application code and build perspective. Contributions from community and core maintainers have been added to this release.

We will be targeting docker containers for Hygieia in next release

This is a stable release for Hygieia, as the developers from open source community have started using Hygieia and are providing feedback via PR and issues, this release incorporates minor bug fixes and build pom's for entire project.
