Hr Versions Save

A new version of hr compressing the man page and using instal instead of cp in the installation.

• Improved performance by using printf instead of a loop, thanks @szepeviktor
• Moved manual file to a more standard place (/usr/local/share) thanks @smallwat3r

The only change in this release is the shebang in the script itself.

• Minor documentation updates
• Added man page
• Added Makefile
• Small but awesome code improvements
