Add support for custom demos (thanks @tam1m)

Demo files (gotv, not pov) containing a configurable substring in their name will be eligible for parsing. There are no new rules for parsing demos; basically if the custom demo has the same structure as a faceit one, it will work. The only way to know if your custom demos can be parsed by HeadshotBox is to actually try :grin:

• Add flashbang assists. This works only with demos after the 14.03.2019 patch. If the demos were parsed with an older version of HeadshotBox, they need to be reparsed.
• Make "Steam data last updated" more accurate
• Add icons for projectile impact kills :grin:
