Gulp Ruby Sass Versions Save

• Fix logging bug.

Invalidate the cache with any option change. Prevents stale files from being pushed through the stream.

Bugfixed.

Stable 2.0, until we see bug reports. Works more like gulp.src, test coverage is pretty bomb.
