I feel I might as well let Dogatron03 run this project as he's once again fixed the program while I have been inactive.

Many thanks Doga.

Hopefully forge doesn't change their website again

Again, Forge has done some more updates, altering a minute bit of HTML on their website which consequently caused FMB to stop working (again). I've fixed this as well as other minute things (including sorting out the project so you can easily build it :D)

Also, a massive thanks to Dogatron03 for his help with this update. He helped track down the issue with this and has helped me resolve it!

So there was a major bug recently due to Forge updating their security meaning that I had to update mine (if only they had told me :D)

After two months, I finally figured out the issue. Hopefully everything is fixed. Enjoy!

This update, took me a long while to implement, so I hope you enjoy it! This update means that FMB will now check to see if it can update your forge MCP mappings to the latest snapshot when checking for updates! As well, you can now edit the build file in FMB, being able to save it with the save button, as well as uploading it to pastebin for easy sharing! This is the same for the console log, you can now upload this directly to pastebin to send to me if any errors occur, and will be useful when sending issues. As well, you can now stop the console getting cleared every time a new project is opened by using the options menu item. Yo will be able to see the new ability to alter which versions get synced when FMB is loaded (thanks Dogatron03!). By default, none will sync, so it is an idea to alter this! I hope this update proves to be useful, I will be continuing to update in the future, enjoy!

Finally, another update. This one is super simple and will also save a lot of time and RAM. When syncing, only the versions which need syncing will sync compared to before where every version would sync. Oh and also, I had to remove the deobfuscated jar update as that didn't work. Oh well. That will be sorted in the next update I hope!

Thanks to Dogatron on discord for discovering this bug. A null pointer error has now been fixed as well as an improvement to the new project menu as it will check to see if we have outdated forge versions and will sync if they are out of date!

As suggested by StrikerRocker on discord, I have added the ability to now choose which version you update to. This can be done by clicking the change project version button which has been added to the toolbar and menu strip!

A small change is this one. Now when you build, you get given the option if you want to create a deobfuscated jar which means that you can read all of what the functions are better than normally!

It's been a while since an update so this one is jam packed with new features.

You can now:

  • Manually check for updates
  • Clear the project cache
  • Create a new project
  • Get a list of all the versions of forge for every version
  • Download the new project
  • Manually update / sync the versions of minecraft and forge
