Bug fix for an issue in the parser concerning the last days of 2023

Small fixes concerning parsing

• More robust parsing (should catch errors better)
• Fix for sundays in combination with other weekdays

This build contains a small fix for schedules that had sunday set as a day.

This release contains an upgrade of the recurrence parser which fixes some bugs in the parsing of the schedule. The recurrence parser library now also contains unit tests which will make it a lot more safe to do bug fixes.

Please note that the parsing of weeks now follows the ISO week date convention. Weeks start on monday and week 1 always contains January 4

Besides a small isue with importing schedules was fixed.

v3.2 adds support for live inputs from either atem switchers or decklink inputs.

This release is running in production and should be relatively stable.
