This release includes everything since v1.0.0, mainly fixed bugs and made small changes.

The v1.0.0 will be the last development version and the first stable version of the Fizzy Theme.

I will then focus on bug fixing and improvements to current code. In addition, I will do modifications to cope with the Ghost upgrade. Meaningful new features will still be added by not only me but also other contributors (hope so).
