FireMotD Versions Save

• All code has been shellchecked now (https://github.com/OutsideIT/FireMotD/issues/136)
• Fixed minor issue with hardcoded Kibana version (https://github.com/OutsideIT/FireMotD/issues/138)

• New caching functionality which caches the result of the motd and saves it in the /usr/share/firemotd/cache folder
• Cache will be generated the first time FireMotD is started with a theme argument or manually with the commmand
• Fixed orange theme
