电脑本地或者微软商店下载安装python，管理员模式进入CMD或者PowerShell

2021.11.6更新说明：由于德鸡在续期时加入邮箱验证码，目前本脚本已整体失效！

之前德鸡封了WARP登录，现在NAT64也封，众多的公共NAT64都无法登录德鸡，快被封完了。。建议大家选择其他VPS！
