as it seems people are using this repository, it was time to clean it up a bit and add some explanations. this release is the hopefully much more user-friendly version of the previous one.

includes important fix to the previous release in ETAS parameter inversion.

contains code to calibrate ETAS parameters for a given complete earthquake catalog, and to simulate synthetic catalogs based on estimated ETAS parameters
