If you are using telemetryservice and plan to upgrade shifu from a version below 0.39.0 to version 0.40.0, you need to follow these steps: (1) Upgrade the shifu version and update the configuration of telemetryservice (2) Redeploy telemetryservice (3) Restart all the deviceshifus that use this telemetryservice
