Captains log and 3d star map for Elite Dangerous
Voice pack 21 has been created
This voice pack allows you to configure different voice effects for your co-pilot voice and for your NPC voices. Menu options in Add-Ons menu allow you to set up Co-Pilot voice and effects, Text message Voice and effects, and NPC voices and effects.
It also allows you to turn on automatic selection of different voices for the Text messages (from other commanders) and NPC messages.
Use the Voice Pack Configuration menu to determine if you want different voices for Text and NPC messages.
It also Incorporates other fixes for events. Event DockingGranted has been fixed to say the docking position properly for all applicable types of station. ApproachBody now gives you a warning if your approaching a known body (one you've scanned) with a gravity >= 2G.
Please see improved instructions on how to get more free voices for this pack here. Use the batch option at the bottom to import all compatible core voices.
If you're using a laptop, with a built in APU and GPU, make sure you tell the system to use the GPU for EDD. See https://www.howtogeek.com/351522/how-to-choose-which-gpu-a-game-uses-on-windows-10/ Lots of APUs appear to have buggy or incomplete openGL implementations.
French and Spanish translations are on CrowdIn We have translators for German/Spanish, but of the major languages, we don't have any French translators. If you have some time, Please French commanders look at the French translation (at 62% done) and add a few more translations to help your fellow commanders! I'll add more languages later which need updates.
Bookmarks and surface features now have a Tag list against each entry. User definable tags can be created to categorise each entry. Filtering of entries shown by tags are supported.
Captains log now enables filtering of entries by tags
Market Data panel now includes a bar on supply and demand columns showing supply/demand level:
Factions panel now has Redeem Voucher, Pay Fines, Pay Bounty, Data link (3) columns. Note a bug in frontier journal output means that the values shown in bounty rewards is not the same as you get when you redeem the voucher. Add excel output to the panel

Major Features:
SPANSH is now supported throughout the program.
Where you could do an EDSM lookup, you can do a SPANSH one instead
Buttons in panels turning on EDSM now allow you to turn on EDSM, Spansh, Both or Spansh first, then if fails, try EDSM
We recommend Spansh for star data.
3DMAP has been reworked and improved https://youtu.be/ki8ECcmEkn4 With the Spansh data, the stars are now coloured to the star type You can add overlays to the map - EDAstro images are available for overlaying - and any other from the web or from your drive or built in icons. You can mark areas of the map yourself. The stars are now texture bitmaps Clicking on stars is improved Right click menu improvement Galaxy objects from the EDAstro Galactic Expedition Catalog https://edastro.com/gec/ as well as EDSM ones
Route find panel major rework https://youtu.be/zw_RlzX0yn4 Support for importing SPANSH routes from his router. You can import these into the route grid and then use them in the surveyor to route find through the galaxy. Reworked UI Support for generating a expedition directly, or sending the route to the expedition tab for editing Quick direct router can avoid permit systems if using Spansh data
Spansh Station Panel added https://youtu.be/zw_RlzX0yn4 Panel gets station data from Spamsh and presents it Filtering of results Find resources (commodities, outfitting, ships) across systems to find the cheapest price and where to find it. Find services across systems

Major Features:
Compass panel rewrite - better presentation, more configuration options. See the compass video at https://youtu.be/s-AVEYq5vCo
Spansh Import - import routes from spansh into the expedition panel. From there, they are available for the surveyor to guide you through the galaxy. All spansh exports work. Open the spansh web panel to do this, export to csv and it will be automatically written to a expedition panel. See the video on how this is done at https://youtu.be/qeLnq-pU14I
Expedition - allow arbitrary x/y/z and systems and save the locations to the DB. Route note can be assigned to a waypoint in expedition. For Spansh imports, its the spansh note, else its a user entered note. This is displayed in the surveyor.
Combat grid can be filtered for event types
Carrier panel - the itinerary has a right click to open the system on EDSM or to get system data on it. See the video on the carrier panel at https://youtu.be/zot3a7uHQfQ
Resources panel added. This and the materials, commodities and microresources panel get a shopping list option, with a wanted column stating how many of an item you want. Transparent mode for shopping lists added. See the video on the new resources panel operation at https://youtu.be/U1id5TxS8bs
Can import a shopping list from EDSY to the resources panel. See the video on how this is done at https://youtu.be/qeLnq-pU14I
Support DLL panels. DLL can export a panel to EDD which can be inserted into the UI just like any built in panel. Updated DLL interface with more features. Example DLL which you can build immediately is at https://github.com/EDDiscovery/EDDiscoveryAdditionalDLLs
Import dialog - you can now drop a file onto the import pad (or type yourself) and import that way, instead of naming a file
Search queries - you can now get information on siblings of top level bodies, such as stars, using sibling[]
EDD now accumulates touchdowns and approach body settlements and assigned them to the body you've landed on. You can see that in the scan text of a body or via the compass drop down.
Add surface temperature to surveyor data output (selectable)
