DynaWin Versions Save

Changes:

• Added a link to DynaWin's privacy policy in the 'Preferences' window.

Things to note:

• Fixed a critical issue where DynaWin would keep switching between themes/wallpapers when there is more than one Dynamic Theme or Dynamic Wallpaper Task
• Fixed a critical issue where the taskbar would keep flickering after changing themes/wallpapers

• DynaWin now uses the Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.Notifications NuGet package to show notifications instead of using NotifyIcon.ShowBalloonTip() from System.Windows.Forms
• Fixed an issue (as far as I can tell) https://github.com/Apollo199999999/DynaWin/issues/1#issue-1046664245 where DynaWin does not work with 24 hour time
• Added Third Party Notices and Licenses to the installer
• Uninstaller automatically closes DynaWin when uninstalling
