New feature

This release adds weather charts as camera entities. There are multiple options of data layers available. You can add the weather charts via the normal configuration.

Available data layers:

• Precipitation radar
• Maximum feels like Temperature
• UV-Index
• Pollen
• Satellite RGB
• Satellite IR
• Warnungen Gemeinden
• Warnungen Kreise

• Adds UV index. Available are values for today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow
• Adds configuration option. You can now change some options after they have been configured. So no more need to remove the item and re-add it.
• Fixes weather report regions for some locations
• Fixes wind unit for forecast

Correct order of lat/lon for suntimes

• Fixes missing weather reports for Baden-Würtemberg
• Adjusts clear-night icon times relative to station location
• Fixes a translation error

• Fixes an errror with an mixed locale hence 'invalid' locale
