DeepSqueak Versions Save

This is the final release of DeepSqueak 2.x.x before the major 3.0 Upgrade

It looks like the compiled versions still work, but I don't use them so I haven't tested them. Let me know if there are issues.

I included the project settings this time so recompiling it will be straightforward.

Compiled into a standalone executable for the first time. I've tested the basics of it and it seemed to work for me, but I haven't thoroughly tested everything.
